DescriptionThe traditional dance of Scotland, four foundational Highland dances will be introduced: Sword Dance, Highland Fling, Sean Trubihas, and the Highland Reel. Energetic and aerobic, this class is great fun for the beginner while advanced syncopated rhythms and footwork will challenge the more experienced dancer.
