You Are Invited To “MEET THE ARTISTS” Sunday afternoon, July 13
Beginning at 2 pm, UAF Great Hall:
The first opportunity to sign up for private lessons. Also the opportunity for late registration continuing through 6 pm and throughout the Festival.
3 pm, Orientation Meeting - UAF Davis Concert Hall
With the exception of dance, all registrants are encouraged to attend. Our guest artists will be introduced and we will feature some of them in cameo performances.
4 pm, Placement Auditions where applicable:
I. Voice Registrants Auditions are required for the following vocal performance groups/classes:
• Lead roles for Opera and Musical Theatre, see pages 18-19.
• Festival Chamber Chorale, see page 16.
II. String and Flute Registrants will meet with their guest artists for placement in Orchestra and Wind Ensemble. All other instrumentalists will have placement auditions on Monday, July 14.
III. Dance Registrants must attend the placement auditions at Artisans Courtyard. See page 22 for more information.

UAF Great Hall
Guest artists, registrants and spouses are cordially invited to attend the Chancellor’s reception in the Great Hall following“Meet the Artists.”
This will be an enjoyable time to meet new friendsand renew acquaintances!
