The Program Book will be 6″×9″ trimmed out. 5,000 copies will be printed. These will be used throughout the 2010 Festival for all summer concerts. We expect 10,000 exposures since some books will be reused.

Terms

  1. Your ad will run through the duration of the 2010 Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival—with performances from July 18 through August 1—in all issues of the program book for a one-time payment of the price listed above. Programs will be distributed at all Festival performances. In addition, the program book will be distributed at the FSAF Winter Edition performances in 2011.
  2. Payment and ad copy are due by May 15, 2010. Contracts signed and paid before April 15, 2010 receive a 10% discount.
  3. Your ad should either be in vector format, or at least 300dpi if bitmap. Appropriate formats include EPS, PDF, TIFF, and PNG. Color ads should be in CMYK colorspace if possible (we will do our best to preserve your colors if we need to convert from RGB). Any artwork requiring formatting or creative additions will be subject to an additional $100.00 fee. You can upload your ad now, or contact us later with it. The maximum file size for uploads is 10MB.
