Drotos is regularly featured as musical director on the 92nd Street Y's famed Lyrics and Lyricists series. He has performed with vocalists such as Nell Carter and Julius LaRosa in venues from the Blue Note to Carnegie Hall. |

| Description | Students must bring the sheet music for two songs they have memorized. Songs can be from the following genres: Broadway, jazz, folk, country, and The Great American Songbook. These classes will provide opportunities for singers at all levels. Emphasis will include interpreting lyrics, phrasing and rubato, tempos, setting one's key, stage, presence, patter, microphone technique and song interpretation—all with an emphasis on developing one's own personal style.
