DescriptionThe Pilates method of body conditioning (pronounced pi-lah-teez) is a method of physical and mental conditioning that has been used for over 70 years by performing artists and athletes. It is designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body with specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns. Pilates is for anyone and everyone. There are over 500 exercises that can be modified or challenged to accommodate each individual's physical ability level.
