David will demonstrate how to make and match spice rubs, marinades, bbq sauces with beef, ribs and chicken. Slow smoke cooking procedures, direct and indirect grilling techniques will be used to show the class an array of cooking styles. The class will enjoy all cooked products with discussion on different flavors and textures.
