Danielle Flaherty received her culinary degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She recently joined the team at The Bread Line, Inc. as a Chef Instructor for Stone's Throw Culinary Training Program where she shares her passion for food and love of the food service industry with adults who are experiencing barriers to employment. Danielle previously worked in partnership with Alaska Farm to School and her original recipes are bringing Alaskan foods to Alaskan kids all over the state still today. She took the title of Grand Champion in the 2015 UAF Chef's Challenge at the Museum. Danielle enjoys the challenges of allergen and special diet friendly cooking. She is excited for the opportunity to share her enthusiasm.
