Stephen Beazer

Chef Stephen Beazer graduated from the UAF CTC Culinary Arts and Hospitality program with an AAS Degree and has over 20 years of restaurant experience. Stephen has a passion for BBQ and has competed in numerous barbeque competitions, as well as created his own line of BBQ sauces. He specializes in grilling, marinated and fusing international flavors. Currently the head chef at Mushers Café in downtown Fairbanks, Stephen is an active member of the community and local food scene.
