Biography

Chef Sean Christopherson has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager. After graduating from Columbia College Chicago for jazz guitar in 2008 he unexpectedly started working full time in kitchens. With over 9 years of experience in the Chicago area, Sean enjoys the challenge of staying creative with Chicago’s relatively limited supply of seasonal ingredients. Sean currently works as Sous Chef at the acclaimed restaurant TWO, in the River West District of Chicago. He is a recipient of the Michelin guide’s Bib Gourmand accreditation and is passionate about teaching and using local ingredients. Sean’s passion for food and hospitality continues to grow and thrive in Chicago’s world class restaurant scene.
