Registration for FSAF workshops and events occurs fully online now. But don't worry! We make it easy for you. If you have any issues with registration, you can contact our offices and we will talk you through it.
Yes. The deadline for registration is July 15, 2018 (opening day). You will have a chance to register at this event if you haven't already. Participants will no longer be able to show up on the first day of a workshop to register in person or drop in after the first day has passed. In this case, you will be directed by the Guest Artist or Coordinator to contact the FSAF office directly to register (if there is any room left in the workshop). We understand this will be a big change for some of our participants but this will allow us to hold participants accountable when paying for workshops and will help our Guest Artists in preparing ahead of time for the amount of students they will be working with.
Workshops at FSAF are for ages 18 and up. In some cases, participants under 18 are allowed. If you are under the age of 18 and interested in a workshop that doesn't specify an age requirement, please submit this form and we will be in touch with you upon approval.
Registrations canceled before June 15 are eligible for an 85% refund. After that date, no refund can be made. In either case, the full paid amount can be applied towards registration in 2019 (or registration for different 2018 classes). Payments can be transferred to other registrants, or can be reallocated to ticket sales, merchandise, or turned into a tax-deductible donation. Please email us at email@example.com or call at 907-474-8869 if you need to cancel.
