Further your understanding of the Pilates mat exercises by experiencing the apparatus with a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. Pilates mat and apparatus classes are both beneficial to building up your core strength and toning your muscles. Both methods train you to initiate movement from your body's powerhouse or core and will quickly translate into benefits across your daily activities. The apparatus class uses the support and resistance of the springs on the traditional Pilates apparatus including the reformer, cadillac, tower and wunda chair.

Note that this class can be taken for one week M-F, but is offered for both weeks of Festival if you register for both sections.
